Address the stress and anxiety that can be caused by TV licence enforcement letters and visits when it's already been declared that one is not needed.
Many people are unhappy with the BBC and do not wish to watch or use their services, it should remain a choice without further explanation. We feel that receiving letters and warnings when we're already stressed by life's many pressures, especially during times of economic difficulty and hardship, just because we choose not to use a media service is abhorrent and infringes on people's liberty.
