Milestones

The Government should compensate all those Civil Servants and others that have been financially impacted by failure to pay pension benefits on time, and failure to communicate in an appropriate manner.

Following the transfer of Civil Service Pension administration to Capita on 1 December 2025, technical issues have resulted in delays to payments and an increase in calls to the Capita member helpline which have not been answered. Many civil servants have been left without any income as a result of these delays, and many more have not been able to get any meaningful response to their pension queries or escalations. After serving the public for decades, no one should be put in this position.
