New systems used to triage patients and book appointments within medical / GP practices need to be reviewed and (massively) improved.

We want to make access to health care easier rather than harder. We think systems such as Rapid Health have made it harder to gain access to health care. This is about ensuring patients can access more timely, fair, and effective care. I worry about how elderly, vulnerable, or less digitally confident patients are expected to navigate it. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but "easy" and or “rapid.”
