Review the rules around declaring employment and income changes to Child Maintenance, including how this is enforced. Implement new ways for CMS to receive figures faster, not months later when declared by the parent as it may not reflect missing months unpaid especially when salaries vary weekly.

We are concerned that some parents see an opportunity to delay or not declare up until many months later.
