Milestones—
Many people living in the middle east say they have gone there to avoid paying tax. Because of that I don't believe that taxpayers' money should be spent repatriating them. Unless people can show that they have continued to pay tax in the UK, they should be billed at cost price for any extraction.
If people have made an active choice to move abroad to avoid tax, they should not ask us to pay the significant cost of repatriating them now.
