We want the government to invest in solar schools. From the existing scheme, 100 schools have installed solar and 250 schools are expected to save £200 million in energy bills. We want every school to have this opportunity.

This is a way to help schools all around the country to save money, cut their carbon emissions and educate children about tackling climate change and finding new, renewable sources of energy for the next generation. The cost of solar panels can be repaid by energy savings. The price of fossil fuel energy is rising at a dangerously rapid pace so we need to invest in clean, domestic energy for our young people today.
