Suicide is the biggest cause of death for men under 50 year olds in the UK. We believe this is a crisis that is ignored & brushed under the carpet. Funding, Prevention, Support & Awareness needs to be increased to at least £20m per year for the UK. In England and Wales, suicide is three times more common in men than in women.
