Create a limit on the number of properties owned by landlords to increase the number of properties for sale and help the housing market to return to affordable prices; making it possible for people who can’t afford to buy their own home to enter property market.

We believe this could also help reduce rental costs. I believe my children and all young people deserve a chance of owning their own property. We feel today’s property prices make this impossible as property tycoons owning huge portfolios of property has grown out of control, which also affects rental prices. This leaves thousands/millions of people unable to enjoy life as financial pressures can become overwhelming. I want the Government to limit the number of properties one person/company can own to release homes back into the market.
