We call on the Government to launch a campaign to encourage businesses to offer family friendly working patterns, such as 9am-3pm for to support working parents.

We think this could reduce reliance on government support, lower childcare costs, and allow parents to contribute their skills to the workforce. We think it could create a more positive society and take away the constant fear and anxiety some parents feel when balancing work and family life, and have a positive impact on these people’s nervous system. We also think this could mean some parents could stay in jobs they enjoy, and not having to work in jobs they are not happy, just to fit around school hours, or paying such a fortune out of income for childcare and then sometimes relying on the government to pay it back.
