The Government should exempt students from lower class background and students who are eligible for bursary from being held back by University debt, therefore the government should dissolve the university debt of students who come from lower class backgrounds.
Students from lower class backgrounds should not have to pay thousands of pounds of debt to cover cost of University degree, being held back by not being able to afford a university degree.
