Milestones

We are concerned about reports of Iranian state‑linked and pro-Iran lobbying activity in UK politics. We believe it is important to determine the scope and impact of any such influence campaigns.

We feel that the Iranian sponsorship of the aggressors of the October 7th 2023 war & the October 8th 2023 war began by Iranian-backed Lebanese militia and the later aggression from Yemeni militia against UK ally Israel, together with the UK’s political response underline the urgent need to scrutinise how Iranian-sponsored organisations, networks & lobbying efforts may influence universities, government decisions & public debate.
