We want the Government to review the effectiveness of existing laws on post-separation domestic abuse and Introduce further provisions that will deter abusers from using loopholes in the legal system to continue abuse.
The Government are the only people who can introduce this law. We believe that too many people are left suffering in a flawed system that abusers use to maintain control and keep the abuse going long after the relationship ends.
