Milestones

We respectfully request that the Government review and consider removing or reforming the B2 English language requirement for settlement family visas, as we believe it creates unnecessary barriers for genuine families.

Keep the requirement at B1 and don’t increase it to B2. We urge the Government to ensure that immigration policies support family unity, fairness, and realistic integration standards. We believe the new B2 requirement places undue hardship on genuine families and should be reconsidered to reflect real-life circumstances rather than rigid academic benchmarks.
