Under current law, foreign nationals with a home-issued licence can drive on UK roads for 12 months including for work.
With the increase of foreign nationals who now work as parcel, fast food delivery, or taxi drivers, we are concerned about the standard of driving on our roads. We believe that before employment, they should pass a full UK driving test (both theory and practical). This could help improve road safety.
