Living with adenomyosis can mean constant pain, exhaustion, and not being believed. It took years to get answers and proper help, affecting my daily life, work, and mental health. I have struggled to be taken seriously and to access the care I need. No one should have to suffer like this.
Adenomyosis is widely considered to be misunderstood and underfunded, leaving many suffering without proper diagnosis or care. Many are often dismissed or misdiagnosed for years, causing unnecessary pain and distress. We believe more research is needed to improve understanding, develop better treatments, and ensure earlier diagnosis. Greater awareness could help healthcare professionals take symptoms seriously and provide the support patients deserve.
