Ban the use of conversion therapy intended to change the sexual orientation or gender identity of members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We believe all forms of “conversion therapy” disrespect the equal moral value of LGBTQIA+ people and violate specific protected areas of liberty and equality.

We believe it has been proven to be ineffective, as citied on gov.uk: “There is no robust evidence that conversion therapy can achieve its stated therapeutic aim of changing sexual orientation or gender identity.” The American Psychological Association also declared that conversion therapy is “not evidence-based therapy.”
