Milestones

We ask the Government to launch a review of compensation schemes for businesses along the HS2 route that are suffering serious financial harm due to ongoing construction. Road closures, reduced access, noise, and disruption are driving away customers and putting many livelihoods at risk.

We request the Government to launch a review in order to ensure fair, timely compensation to businesses materially impacted by construction. This review should include looking at creating a new compensation scheme for HS2-affected businesses.
