Milestones

We believe hypermobility screening in schools could support millions of children silently living with this condition. Many go undiagnosed, struggling with pain, fatigue or vision issues without understanding why. Early identification could allow for tailored PE, safer movement and more support.

Parliament should back hypermobility screening in schools to protect pupils early. Too many children don’t know they have vision issues or flexible joints, leading to avoidable injuries. Early action could ensure safer PE, clearer learning, and long-term wellbeing.
