Increase the law on the age for buying paint aerosols to 18 years old.

We believe the benefits of allowing youths between 16-18 to buy spray paint aerosols do not outweigh the cost and effort of removing graffiti and the risks of sniffing aerosols. Many States in USA have a minimum age of 18.
