Milestones

Increase AI regulation to ensure it supports rather than replaces human contribution. This should include ethical standards with AI developers, mandatory social impact assessments and more human oversight in care & education for transparency and to safeguard against harmful or manipulative AI use.

AI offers major benefits but, without safeguards, it could risk undermining jobs, creativity, dignity and meaningful human roles. Work and contribution support identity, community and wellbeing. Unregulated AI could also enable manipulation, exploitation and concentration of power. We believe Government action is needed to protect human creativity, care, empathy and social connection, ensure ethical use of AI, and guarantee technology strengthens society while preserving dignity and opportunity.
