We want the UK Government to make it illegal to smoke tobacco inside a home where children (under 18) are living or present.

We believe children should not be exposed to second-hand smoke in their own homes. Breathing in cigarette smoke can cause serious health problems, including asthma, chest infections, and long-term increased risk of diseases and cancers. Now, children have no control over the environment they live in, which means they can be exposed daily to harmful smoke without protection.
