The countryside gives us food. We're currently unable to feed ourselves as a nation. Insects pollinate, their habitat is being destroyed by construction. Solar panels add to this massively. Thousands of acres being handed over to them.
I want the government to pass a bill that prevents green fields being used for solar energy. We can use the rooftops of existing building in cities to get solar energy. If we treasure the planet, we can't keep destroying it to create energy from the sun, it has a grave cost. These solar panels that could leak minerals, permanently polluting the land, need to be restricted to cities.
