Milestones

Inflation is increasing far more rapidly than competitive salary ranges. In the last 10 years, average UK salaries have stagnated and many are not competitive globally. With the cost-of-living crisis, salaries must be increased and income tax must be capped to improve affordability of living.

In some countries like Belgium and Luxemburg, governments mandate that wages must increase automatically when certain prices go up using a pivot index (PC 200) which adjusts every January. We think this will mean salaries will match cost-of-living and less burden on workforce to make ends meet.
