Fund support for parents who need legal representation overseas in child custody or recovery cases to ensure financial barriers do not prevent them from accessing legal support.

Many parents in the UK cannot afford international legal costs when their children are overseas. This could leave them unable to challenge custody decisions or seek reunification. In our view, access to justice should not depend on financial circumstances. Support is especially important for vulnerable individuals, including those affected by domestic abuse or coercive control.
