Milestones

We ask the Government to strengthen action against immigration fraud, including sham marriages and false claims. Review the reporting system, introduce stronger financial verification, and stricter penalties where fraud is proven, while ensuring fair investigation and legal process

We propose identity verification for complainants with optional anonymous reporting. All reports must be evidence-based and investigated fairly. Strengthen financial/relationship checks via tax and employment records and post-arrival checks for high-risk cases. Where fraud is proven, ensure visa cancellation, removal and re-entry bans. Introduce a regulated compensation scheme for verified reports leading to proven fraud, with safeguards against misuse, improving integrity and reducing public cost
