Milestones

Current disclosure periods can last up to 100 years from the date of conviction, meaning offences can follow people for life and make it hard to find work or change careers. We believe that people who have left or are trying to leave the sex trade shouldn’t be held back for life by old convictions.

We are calling for a review of these time limits.
