Many stores do not stock foods that are free from allergens, leading to many being unable to buy the food that's needed. Having a law in place so that all stores have this option could make them accessible to those with dietary restrictions.
Some stores have stopped selling "Free From" foods because they are not profitable. Profits are important, but so is being able to eat. This law could mean that people with allergies don't have to go without food like bread, flour, cereal etc, which many don't have to give a second thought to buying.
