Keep the legal age to buy tobacco at 18 and do not introduce a rolling age ban that permanently restricts future adults. Maintain current laws rather than creating a generational ban on legal tobacco sales.

A rolling age ban would treat adults differently based only on their birth year, which we believe is unfair and inconsistent. Adults aged 18 and over should have equal legal rights. Existing laws already restrict access for under-18s, and we think enforcement of that should remain the focus rather than introducing new long-term restrictions.
