Milestones

We believe too many house of multiple occupation (HMO) approvals can ruin an area. It can create more mess, parking problems, and potentially attract trouble.

We want the government to think about the long-term problems that could be caused by a lack of legal caps. We think that many areas have gone downhill over the last 10 years — more crime, rubbish dumping, and parking issues. We see these problems as being created by the choices of the government, politicians, and councils who approve these plans without considering the impact on residents and the children who will have to live with the consequences for the rest of their lives.
