Create a different booking system that recognises the driver has previously failed and wants to retake

We believe it would benefit both people looking for their first test and retakers. Waiting 6 months to retake a test can become costly and frustrating especially when the driver doesn't necessarily need 6 months worth of practise and is close to being test ready again. First time test takers would also not need to compete with people looking for cancellations and they are more likely to need the 6 month wait.
