I want the Government to bring all vehicle insurance completely into public ownership, which I believe would bring pricing down for younger drivers and stop the guessing games regarding the average claim/crash data causing surcharges in insurance.

I want the Government to do this to stop the exploitation of young drivers who already earn barely anything and are expected to pay thousands just because of the area they live in, their age or the vehicle they chose. Bringing vehicle insurance completely into public ownership will allow for the Government to set a specific rate based on age or vehicle, increasing costs for any declarations such as penalty points etc. this will increase the amount of money going into the public budget as well and allow full control.
