I call on the Government to review police response to anti-social behaviour in social housing & enforcement when tenants engage (but not limited to) threats, intimidation & repeated harmful behaviour. I believe there should be clearer limits on out-of-court disposals & faster action from the police

No one should have to feel unsafe in their own home after reporting threats, intimidation or repeated anti-social behaviour. I believe that too often, victims face ongoing fear and disruption while authorities take time to act. Serious incidents may not result in formal prosecution despite strong supporting evidence, and housing action can be slow. In my view this leaves victims exposed to further incidents. I want stronger, more consistent action so victims are better protected and can feel safe in their homes again.
