We believe it should be forbidden for one of the parents to take the child out of its home of residence and deny that child any contact with the other parent, so factually denying their parental right. We want such an act to be included in the legal definition of Child Abduction.
We believe there are too many people undergoing this terrible situation and having their parental right violated and cancelled by the other partner. We feel this is a form of violence not only for the partner but mainly for the child himself.
