Require all pet-sitting apps to request an Animal Activities Licence from people or businesses carrying out pet-boarding activities before allowing listings for doggy day and boarding in a home to be posted.

Studies suggest that 95% of pet carers on some online platforms who offer pet boarding are unlicensed to care for animals in their own home. We feel it is a serious ongoing issue for the safety and welfare of animals.
