We want the Government to require in law people who are selling a property to provide a full survey for potential buyers.
Currently, sellers have little to no visibility of the details of surveys undertaken on their property, which are often used as a bargaining tool, while buyers often pay for expensive surveys even when purchases end up falling through. We believe there needs to be more transparency for all parties involved.
