Require all outside event venues to ban dog access when the weather is considered too hot and dangerous for dogs.

So many people don’t understand the risk of walking dogs in extreme heat. It’s hard to educate everyone however if venues banned dog access when the temperature is too high, less dogs would face the heatstroke, suffering and potential death caused by overheating.
