Milestones

We are calling for greater awareness, earlier recognition and faster treatment of sepsis – a life-threatening condition, by launching a national awareness campaign. We hope it will prevent loss and heartbreak. We believe sepsis should be treated as an emergency.

Sepsis can develop rapidly and requires urgent action. We believe the Government should launch a national awareness campaign for health authorities and hospitals, so they can strengthen training, improve early response protocols, and help increase public awareness so suspected sepsis is treated with the urgency it deserves. Our hope is to spare other families the pain of losing a loved one from sepsis.
