The Government should introduce a mandatory deposit of at least £5 on all vapes and e-cigarettes. Backed by waste firms such as Biffa, we believe this simple, fair, efficient and cost-neutral measure would reduce fires and explosions from improper disposal while helping to tackle vape littering.
