Anyone convicted of serious offences such as emotional, mental or physical abuse, domestic abuse and violence, stalking, harassment, violence against children, child abuse, sexual abuse, assault, rape, attempted murder, or murder should be placed on a publicly accessible register

This register would show offences they have been convicted of. It would be available through a secure government run website, allowing members of the public to carry out a simple search when it comes to their safety and the safety of their families. My concern is by the time it takes to apply through Claire’s Law they may already be emotionally involved, living with, or trying to leave them which can be the most dangerous time and sometimes too late. This could be known as "Stacey's Law".
