• No AI as the sole decision-maker for asylum, disability or vulnerability cases • Mandatory human review for all AI-assisted decisions • Clear explanations for affected individuals • Strong safeguards for disabled people and those with mental health conditions Fairness and human judgment
We want to stop the UK Government from using Artificial Intelligence as the main or only decision-maker in asylum claims, disability assessments, and vulnerability decisions for people with mental health conditions. AI can be unfair, biased, or inaccurate. We demand mandatory human review, clear explanations, and strong protections for vulnerable people. Human judgment must remain central.
