Milestones

End taxpayer funding for any Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) initiatives in all public bodies, including EDI roles, departments, programmes, and staff networks, to ensure all employees and citizens are treated equally under a single standard.

We believe public bodies should serve all citizens equally and remain politically neutral. We feel taxpayer-funded EDI roles, programmes and identity-based staff networks can create division and reduce confidence in fairness. We believe recruitment, promotion, training and public services should be based on merit, qualifications, performance and individual circumstances, with public funds focused on frontline services.
