We believe MPs should be stopped from claiming tax-payer-funded & none-means-tested perks & allowances which we feel contrasts hugely with the means-tested and limited support available to the public.

While many single people & families struggle to tighten their belts, MPs continue to receive substantial salaries, and can claim expense allowances, and perks, that most of their constituents could never dream of. We believe this disparity, what we see as the lack of transparency, and the growing frustration among taxpayers who have little say in how their money is spent, has to stop. We believe this should also go some way to ending the career politician, as we need elected MP's who can relate to their constituents.
