Create a new government body which helps safeguard parental rights, including helping fathers, some of whom are paying child maintenance, to see their children.
We want this government body to help any parent to see their children if they have been unlawfully prevented from seeing their children. We feel there is not enough support for fathers in helping them see their children. We believe the current system results in parents having to go to solicitors and pay thousands of pounds to be able to see their children, which we feel is very unfair.
