We call on the UK Government to require agencies that arrange holiday lets based overseas to pay a visitor's levy directly out of their profits made in our country to all local authorities, in order to enhance the areas their clients visit.
Currently, many of these companies pass charges onto the client (either host or visitor), at a time of rising travel costs. To make these companies more responsible, we ask that they pay out of the profit they make here to help keep areas better for visitors and locals alike.
