We feel housing growth is happening faster than roads, schools, GP surgeries and other essential services can be delivered. We call on the Government to fund and coordinate the development of local infrastructure, so it is delivered alongside, not years after, new housing developments.

We believe housing growth is outpacing roads, schools, GP surgeries and other vital services. We call on the Government to fund and better coordinate the development of infrastructure, so it is delivered alongside, not years after, new housing developments. These funds should be invested in relation to large housing schemes and the combined impact of multiple smaller developments, ensuring communities have the facilities and services they need from day one.
