Ban face coverings in all public spaces to tackle intimidating anti-social behaviour and harassment. Those in breach of this ban should pay a fixed penalty notice of £5000 or serve 6 months in prison. People wearing face coverings for genuine religious or health reasons should be exempted.

We want to ban face coverings in public spaces to tackle intimidating, anti-social behaviour and harassment caused particularly by young people on electric bicycles. We believe a ban could restore public safety, transparency and decrease crime.
