Milestones

Introduce a new law that requires all convicted sexual offenders to disclose their conviction to any partners prior to physical intimacy. We believe consent must be well-informed and this is a pivotal piece of information regarding whether consent would still be given.

If your sexual partner has been previously convicted of rape or other sexual offences, we feel this is a hugely pivotal piece of information in regard to whether a partner would still be willing to consent to sexual activity with said person. Finding out that a person you have been intimate with has a history of rape/sexual assault could be traumatic and cause feelings of violation, especially if you yourself have previously been a victim of rape or sexual assault.
