Wildlife struggle with the heat & often hide under cars during hot weather. As wildlife is a vital part of our ecosystem we believe we need to support them during hot seasons.

The Government must make it mandatory for all outdoor shopping centres to have areas with cover & drinking water for animals. Due to climate change, we are getting hotter heat waves which puts a strain on our wildlife. We believe we have a duty of care to ensure that they have access to drinking water, and cover from the sun to prevent them from seeking cover from under cars and putting themselves in danger. Access to drinking water for wildlife should ensure they do not dehydrate or suffer from heat related illnesses. We believe we need to care for our ecosystems, and ensure that animals are safe and have access to water.
