There have been multiple reports of children torturing and killing wild animals. Change the law and prosecute the parents for their children's crimes.

I believe if this is left unchecked then these children will grow up believing that it's acceptable to harm or kill wild animals. It could become a natural part of their behaviour. We believe we need stricter laws to stamp out animal cruelty, especially with children.
