Milestones

Make the Student Maintenance Loan standardised to all students rather than allocating it on the basis of household income on the assumption that our parents can afford to pay for university fees.

We believe education should not come at the price of impoverishment of one’s family. Some areas have a higher or lower cost of living. Some families have more heads to account for, or more debts, or extraneous circumstances that mean that they cannot spent the extra money for food/living costs for one person for university.
